- The tasks were too large. Break them down further. Instead of "write a report," try "write the first section of the report."
- The context was missing. You know your work better than the AI does. Paste more background information than you think is necessary.
- The success condition was unclear. You did not know what "good" looked like before you started. Define it before you ask, not after.

It is about whether they have built the habit of treating AI output as a starting point rather than an end point, and whether they have embedded at least one recurring task into a routine. The skill you have been practising all week — providing context, showing examples, giving specific revision feedback — is not prompt engineering. It is constraint-framing. The same skill applies to briefing a colleague, writing a specification, or evaluating an investment thesis. The AI was a practice partner for a skill that transfers everywhere.
